Thorpe. Reimbursement to. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,300 to reimburse Joseph F. Thorpe, formerly clerk at the American Legation at Athens, for expenditures incurred in accompanying Garrett Droppers, formerly United States minister to Greece, then under physical disability, to the United States, pursuant to instructions of the State Department. Approved, March 4, 1929.
