Sealy and Porteus R. Burke.Compensation for fire losses. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $10,000, to Havert S. Sealy and Porteus R. Burke or New Iberia, Louisiana, in full compensation against the Government for destruction by fire of a residence on the Rosedale Plantation, situated in the Parish of Iberia, Louisiana, on the 1st day of June, 1927, due to the fault and negligence of an agent of the Department of Agriculture.
