Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Joseph Lee, Serial Number 1425235, who was a member of Headquarters Troop, Seventh Army Corps, transferred to Casual Company Numbered 5246, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that *Proviso.* No prior pension, etc.organization on the 11th day of October, 1919: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
