Ring. Payment to, for persona! injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $462.55 to William T. Ring, of New Haven, Connecticut, as compensation for injuries sustained by the said William T. Ring when struck by a stone which fell from the pediment of the Federal building at New Haven, Connecticut, February 7, 1927. Approved, March 2, 1929.
