Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $500 to compensate Luc Mathias, of Port au Prince, in the Republic of Haiti, on account of injuries and consequent expenses and loss of time suffered by him as the result of being struck by a United States Marine Corps automobile in the city of Port au Prince, Republic of Haiti, on June 25, 1926.
