R. 13503](/us/bill/70/hr/13503).][[Public, No. 654](/us/pl/70/654).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consentMississippi River.Minnesota may bridge, at Hastings. of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Hastings, Minnesota, in accordance with theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 14, 1929.
