Longino.Reimbursement to heirs of, for property losses. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government the sum of $1,000 to the heirs of the late Doctor Thomas C. Longino as reimbursement on account of losses of personal property as a result of the Galveston flood, on September 8, 1900. Approved, May 16, 1928.
