R. 3467](/us/bill/70/hr/3467).][[Private, No. 137](/us/pvtl/70/137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationGiles Gordon.Military record corrected. of the pension laws Giles Gordon shall hereafter he held and considered to have been mustered into the service of the United States as a member of Company M, Fifth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Cavalry, on the 27th day of February, 1864; to have been transferred to Company B, Fifteenth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Cavalry, on the 20th day of July, 1865, and to have been honorably discharged from the same on the 19th day of October, 1865: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc.
That no back pay, pension, bounty, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, May 16, 1928.
