R. 17075](/us/bill/70/hr/17075).][[Public, No. 1001](/us/pl/70/1001).] *Be it enacted by the Senate .and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Red River of the North.Time extended for bridging, between Fargo, N. Dak., and Moorhead, Minn.*Ante*, p. 472. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Red River of the North between Fargo, North Dakota, and Moorhead, Minnesota, authorized to be built by the State of North Dakota, the State of Minnesota, the county of Cass, North Dakota, the county of Clay, Minnesota, the city of Fargo, North Dakota, and the city of Moorhead, Minnesota, or any one or more of them, by an Act of Congress approved May 1, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from May 1, 1929.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
