R. 5981](/us/bill/70/hr/5981).][[Private, No. 133](/us/pvtl/70/133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryClarence Cleghorn.Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Clarence Cleghorn, of Dallas, Texas, the sum of $406 as the amount expended for hospital treatment, medical expenses, loss of time on account of injury, and so forth, in connection with injuries sustained by him in an accident on August 4, 1919, at which time he was run over by a United States Army motor truck from Love Field, Dallas, Texas.
