R. 6958](/us/bill/70/hr/6958).][[Public, No. 31](/us/pl/70/31).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mahoning River.Youngstown Ohio, may bridge, at Division Street. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Youngstown, Ohio, to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge, together with the necessary approaches thereto, across the Mahoning River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Division Street, Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1928.
