R. 11245](/us/bill/70/hr/11245).][[Public, No. 387](/us/pl/70/387).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Panama Railroad Company.Notes of, held by the Treasurer, to be canceled.Vol. 36, p. 1451.U. S. Code, p. 1641. That the Treasurer of the United States is authorized and directed to cancel and surrender to the Panama Railroad Company the notes given by such company to the United States prior to March 4, 1911, with respect to which payment of interest and principal was discontinued by section 2 of the Act approved March 4, 1911 (United States Code, title 48, section 1333).
