March 2, 1929.[[S. 5824](/us/bill/70/s/5824).][[Public, No. 955](/us/pl/70/955).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Little Calumet River.Blinois may bridge, at Ashland Avenue, Cook County. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation,Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. at or near Ashland Avenue in said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
