R. 11203](/us/bill/70/hr/11203).][[Public, No. 299](/us/pl/70/299).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Ocmulgee River.Telfair and Coffee Counties, Ga., may bridge, at Jacksonville Ferry.Congress is hereby granted to the counties of Telfair and Coffee, State of Georgia, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Ocmulgee River, at a point suitable to the interests of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.navigation, at or near the present Jacksonville ferry in Telfair and Coffee Counties, Georgia, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Amendment. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 23, 1928.
