William F. Wheeler.Granted honorable discharge.Wheeler shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as captain of Company D, Forty-ninth New York Volunteer Infantry, as of the 4th day of October, 1862: *Provided*, That no back pay, *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. bounty, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
