Easterly.Military record corrected.*Post*, p. 2344.administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Lewis H. Easterly, who enlisted as a musician in Company G, Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, on August 1, 1861, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from military service of the United States as a musician of said company and regiment on the 5th day of February, 1862: *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, or *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.allowances shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
