H. King. Credit in postal accounts, authorized. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to R. H. King, of Alvin, Texas, former postmaster at that place, $2,283.28, the amount paid by him to the Government of the United States on account of defalcation in the port office at Alvin while he was postmaster, said defalcation having occurred without fault or negligence on his part. Approved, February 28, 1929.
