Gilbert.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, George H. Gilbert, who was a member of Company C, Fourteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 20th day of May, 1861: *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.*Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
