R. 12811](/us/bill/70/hr/12811).][[Public, No. 823](/us/pl/70/823).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the President South Carolina eastern and western judicial districts.Additional judge authorized for.Vol. 36, p. 1087, amended.U. S. Code, p. 863.is hereby authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, one additional district judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of South Carolina, who shall, at the time of his appointment be a resident and a citizen of the State of South Carolina.
