Payment to, for instruction expenses. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $8,535.87 to reimburse the Montana State College at Bozeman, Montana, for services rendered in providing and supervising special field instruction of project trainees under the Vocational Rehabilitation Act, during the period from March 24, 1923, to June 30, 1923.
