That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Morris Fox Cherry, who was a member of Battery A, One hundred and thirty-second Field 2323Artillery, Thirty-sixth Division, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 16th No back pay.day of April, 1918. That no back pay or allowances shall accrue by reason of the passage of this Act.
