R. 9361](/us/bill/70/hr/9361).][[Public, No. 213](/us/pl/70/213).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fox River.Saint Charles, Ill., may operate, etc., bridge across.Vol. 34, p. 84. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Saint Charles, State of Illinois, to widen, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Fox River, at or near Main Street within said city and State in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 29, 1928.
