Bass.Relieved of accountability for certain revenue stamps. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to relieve James W. Bass, collector of internal revenue, Austin, Texas, of the value of certain $1 and $2 documentary internalrevenue stamps amounting to $2,400, which were charged to him and which have through some unknown means disappeared from his office.
