R. 8897](/us/bill/70/hr/8897).][[Public, No. 207](/us/pl/70/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Calumet River.Chicago, Ill., may bridge, at One hundred and thirtieth Street.Vol. 43, p. 29.
That the Act of Congress approved March 21, 1924, granting the consent of Congress to the city of Chicago to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge 380 and approaches thereto across the Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near One hundred and thirtieth Street, in the city of Chicago, county of Cook, State of Illinois, *Proviso*.Time limit.*Post*, p. 1546. be and the same is hereby revived and reenacted: *Provided*, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within one year1 and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 29, 1928.
