March 28, 1928.[[H. R. 8542](/us/bill/70/hr/8542).][[Public, No. 199](/us/pl/70/199).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fort Bidwell Indian School, Calif.Hospital building to be erected for. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to cause to be erected a building upon Government property at Fort Bidwell, California, to be used for a hospital for the Indians. Sec. 2. Amount authorized for construction.*Post*, p. 901.
For the purpose of erecting such building there is authorized to be appropriated the sum of $30,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. Approved, March 28, 1928.
