Williams.Relieved of responsibility for certain losses.General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to relieve James O. Williams, special disbursing agent for the State 2262of Washington and the Territory of Alaska during the Fourteenth Decennial Census from accountability or responsibility for losses for which he was accountable or responsible, by crediting his account with the sum of $3,924, erroneously paid out by him in good faith, for subsistence, on the strength of certain travel authorizations during the period from August 14, 1919, to November 30, 1920.
