That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to settle and certify to Congress the claim of Ernest J. Hiscock, care of British Embassy, Washington, District of Columbia, of $32.24, or so much thereof as may be required to purchase exchange not to exceed the amount of 6 pounds, 12 shillings, 6 pence sterling, in full settlement of all claims of said Ernest J.
Hiscock growing out of the loss by the War Department of blue prints and descriptive data of “ Hiscock recoil operative 303 machine gun for observers’ use.” Approved, February 16, 1929.
