Webb.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Jacob F. Webb, late of Company H, Eleventh Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, and Company L, Second Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of the latter company *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.and regiment on the 18th day of December, 1862: *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, or allowances shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
