R. 280](/us/bill/70/hr/280).][[Public, No. 16](/us/pl/70/16).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Red River.Louisiana Highway Commission may bridge, at Coushatta. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Coushatta, Louisiana, and in accordance withConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.*Post, * p. 1167. the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 3, 1928.
