R. 14164](/us/bill/70/hr/14164).][[Public, No. 739](/us/pl/70/739).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tennessee River.Knoxville, Tenn., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Knoxville, Tennessee, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Tennessee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Henley Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Street, in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled, “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1929.
