R. 9064](/us/bill/70/hr/9064).][[Public, No. 144](/us/pl/70/144).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consentCoosa River.Alabama may bridge, at Pell City. of Congress is hereby granted to the highway department of the State of Alabama to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Coosa River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Pell City on the Pell City-Anniston Road between Calhoun and Saint Clair Counties, in the State of Alabama, in accordance with the provisions of theConstructionVol. 34, p. 84.
Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. 296 Sec. 2. Former Act repealed.Vol. 44, p. 221, repealed. The Act of Congress approved March 22, 1926, granting the consent of Congress to the highway department of the State of Alabama to construct a bridge across the Coosa River at or near Pell City, Alabama, is hereby repealed. Sec. 3. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.
