R. 8740](/us/bill/70/hr/8740).][[Public, No. 138](/us/pl/70/138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Little Calumet River.Cook County, Ill., may bridge, at Ashland Avenue. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Cook, State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across Little Calumet River at Ashland Avenue,291between sections 31 and 32 of township 37 north, range 14 east, inConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1928.
