R. 8530](/us/bill/70/hr/8530).][[Public, No. 135](/us/pl/70/135).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Coosa River.Alabama may bridge, at Cedar Bluff. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the highway department of the State of Alabama and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Coosa River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, near Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Cedar Bluff in Cherokee County, State of Alabama, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1928.
