March 10, 1928.[[H. R. 7925](/us/bill/70/hr/7925).][[Public, No. 134](/us/pl/70/134).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Monongahela River.Allegheny County may bridge, between Glassport and Clairton, Pa. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the County of Allegheny, a corporation, duly authorized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and it is hereby authorized and empowered to maintain and operate its existing free highway bridge and the approaches thereto over the Monongahela River between the borough of Glassport and the city of Clairton, county of Allegheny, and Commonwealth Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1928.
