December 10, 1928.[[S. 4402](/us/bill/70/s/4402).][[Public, No. 630](/us/pl/70/630).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Navy.Assignment of quarters for Chief of Naval Operations. That the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, is hereby authorized to assign to the Chief of Naval Operations the public quarters constructed under the Vol. 26, p. 806.authority of a provision contained in the Act of March 2, 1891 (Twenty-eighth Statutes at Large, page 806), for the official residence of the Superintendent of the Naval Observatory in the District of Columbia.
