Nugent.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Fred R. Nugent, who was a private in the Hospital Corps, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military 1709service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 7th day of April, 1899: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, or *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
