Fraher.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Michael J. Fraher, who was a member of Company H, Thirty-second Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably on November 4, 1899, from the military service *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.of the United States: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
