That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Peter Shapp $1,245.02, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for his shares in per capita payments made to the Western Miami Tribe of Indians in the years 1889 and 1891, which shares were erroneously paid to another Indian of the same name.
