CHAP. 1831.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to cancel a certain bond of Klaw and Erlanger. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 15128](/us/bill/33/hr/15128).][[Public, No. 263](/us/pl/33/263).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Klaw and Erlanger.Cancellation of bond for property destroyed by tire. That, upon the production of satisfactory evidence to him of the destruction by fire at the port of Chicago on or about December thirtieth, nineteen hundred and three, and March eighth, nineteen hundred and four, of certain theatrical scenery, property, and apparel imported under the provisions of Vol. 30. p. 200.paragraph six hundred and forty-five of the tariff art of July twentyfourth, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to cancel a certain bond, numbered one hundred, executed by the firm of Klaw and Erlanger as principals and George Bleistein and John R.
Stirling as sureties in accordance with the provisions of said paragraph six hundred and forty-five of the tariff act of July twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, and tiled with the collector of customs at the port of Buffalo, New York, on September twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred aud three.
