CHAP. 1436.— An Act To pay F. Y. Ramsay, heir at law and distributee of the late Joseph Ramsay, four hundred and thirty dollars and forty-two cents, for balance due the said Joseph Ramsay as collector of customs and superintendent of lights in the district of Plymouth, North Carolina. July 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 1184](/us/pvtl/57/1184).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Joseph Ramsay.Payment to heir at law.
That the Treasurer of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hundred and thirty dollars and forty-two cents to F. Y. Ramsay, heir at law and distributee of the late Joseph Ramsay, being balance due the said Joseph Ramsay, deceased, as collector of customs and superintendent of lights in the district of Plymouth, North Carolina, from March first, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, to April thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
