Cranston.Real estate released from forfeiture.States of America in Congress assembled*, That all real estate lying in the District of Columbia heretofore purchased and conveyed to Mary J. Cranston, wife of William IL Cranston, of said District, prior to the passage of this Act, be relieved and exempted from the operation Vol. 24, p. 476.of an Act entitled “An Act to restrict the ownership of real estate in the Territories to American citizens,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven; and all forfeitures incurred by force of said Act are, in respect of such real estate, hereby remitted.
