Henderson, and to grant him an honorable discharge.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, John P. Henderson. Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion standing against John P. Henderson, who enlisted as a private in Company H, One hundred and twenty-fourth Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and to grant to said John P.
Henderson an honorable discharge as of date February fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become *Proviso.* No pay, etc. due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
