Digitization Vendor 2025-11-03 55 3 private chap. 587.— An Act To remove charge of desertion from the military record of Robert Flower.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove from the rolls and records of the War Department the charge of desertion now standing against the name of Robert Flower.
Granted honorable discharge. Robert Flower, late a private in Company F, of the Seventy-ninth Regiment of New York Volunteers, and to issue to said Robert Flower a certificate of honorable discharge from said organization as of date May thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,**Proviso.* No pay, etc. That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
