Granted honorable discharge. and he hereby is, authorized and directed to grant an honorable discharge to Charles Miller, late a private in Company I, Tenth Regiment Ohio Cavalry Volunteers, to date April twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments *Proviso.* No pay, etc. shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
