Fluke.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, James J.
Fluke. Granted honorable discharge. and hereby is, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion against James J. Fluke, late member of Battery D, First United States Artillery, and grant him an honorable discharge as of date January twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided,* That no *Proviso.* No pay, etc. pay, bounty, or other allowances shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
