Crosby.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Nelly V.
Crosby. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nelly V. Crosby, permanently dependent and helpless child of Henry Crosby, late of Company G, Nineteenth Maine Infantry, and pay her, through her legally constituted guardian, a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
