Allen.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Timothy A.
Allen. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Timothy A. Allen, late quartermaster of the One hundred and forty-fifth Regiment of New York Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, March 3, 1899.
