Devol.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Frank S.
Devol. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Frank S. Devol, late a private in Company B, Thirty-eighth Regiment of Indiana Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, March 3, 1899.
