Clemens. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Annie M. Clemens, widow of George Clemens, late of Company H, Tenth United States Cavalry, and to pay her a pension of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
