Crandall.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John H.
Crandall. Pension increased. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John H. Crandall, late a private in Company I, Twenty-seventh Regiment New York Volunteers, and in Company A, One hundred and thirty-sixth New York Volunteers, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives, same to be paid to the committee of his person and estate.
